This morning I stumbled on a reddit post where someone showed what containers they have running on their home network. I always find these kind of posts interesting as it provides insight into what kinds of containers are out there and how people might be using them. One of the containers listed on this person's network was "maildev". I hadn't heard of it until today, but I'm glad I did. This is a very handy container if you do any sort of development that requires sending e-mails. All you have to do is set your code to send e-mails to it then you can navigate to its IP address using your browser to see all of the e-mails that have been sent. It also allows you to change screen sizes and other settings so you can verify all sorts of different scenarios.
